1.1Nature of the Agreement

This document forms a legally binding agreement between the operator of the bb45 platform and the user. This agreement has been drafted in compliance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have understood these terms and agree to abide by them.

1.3Language & Interpretation

These terms are primarily written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version shall prevail. Any ambiguity in the terms will be resolved reasonably and fairly by bb45's authority.

2.1Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bb45, you must:

2.2One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one bb45 account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but each account must be verified individually.

4.1Password Protection

4.2Unauthorised Access

5.2Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

5.3Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. In special circumstances, bb45 may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal.

5.4Transaction Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of transaction details. bb45 is not liable for any loss caused by an incorrect account number or details being provided. If you experience a problem with any transaction, contact the customer support team immediately.

6.1Welcome Bonus

New members on bb45 receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳22,000.

6.2Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires a 15x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3Bonus Abuse

In cases of abuse of bonus benefits, bb45 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend the associated account. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Attempting to claim the same bonus on multiple accounts
• Creating artificial betting patterns
• Using risk-free betting strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements

6.4VIP Program

bb45 has five VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and participation on the platform.

7.1Bet Acceptance

bb45 has the authority to accept all bets as final. bb45 reserves the right to refuse any bet without giving a reason. Maximum bet limits may apply to specific markets and are subject to change.

7.2Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game or bet, bb45's technical logs and the decision of the operating authority will be considered final. Any dispute must be submitted to the customer support team within 48 hours of the incident. Complaints received after the specified time may not be considered.

7.3Technical Errors

If a game or bet is not completed due to server issues, network outages, or software errors, bb45 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount. bb45 also reserves the right to recover any prizes incorrectly awarded due to technical errors.

8.1Unacceptable Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Any attempt at manipulation or fraud
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Operating multiple accounts
• Betting with third-party funds
• Participation in money laundering or illegal activities
• Collecting other users' information with the intent to harm them
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bb45's systems or technical infrastructure

8.2Prohibition on Profit Sharing

Betting on behalf of another person, or accessing or operating another person's account on bb45, is strictly prohibited. Operating as part of a professional betting syndicate may also result in account closure.

9.1Awareness & Limits

bb45 believes in responsible gaming. We provide users with the ability to set deposit limits, session time limits, and betting limits for themselves. Gaming should be for entertainment purposes, not as a source of income.

9.2Self-Exclusion Feature
